Workshops
The Map & Data Library hosts workshops during the academic year, providing introductions to mapmaking in ArcGIS and QGIS, cartography, use of statistical software packages, data visualization, and creating and finding data.

NEW -- Snacking on Bits and Bytes : Learning on all things data
Starting in September 2020, the Map & Data Library will offer an online webinar series featuring presentations and demonstrations on data-related topics and tools, such as web archives, visualization, GIS and statistics. Each presentation, including a question and answer period, will be one hour long, starting on the hour. Everyone is welcome, including those from outside the University of Toronto community. Esri Virtual Campus Courses
Students, faculty and staff affiliated with the University of Toronto ArcGIS Online organization have access to Virtual Campus e-learning courses through their My Esri account. If your account is not presently associated with our ArcGIS Online organization, please email us with your username and we will add you as soon as possible.
