FedStats

FedStats, which has been available to the public since 1997, provides access to the full range of official statistical information produced by the Federal Government without having to know in advance which Federal agency produces which particular statistic.

Data.gov

The purpose of Data.gov is to increase public access to high value, machine readable datasets generated by the Executive Branch of the Federal Government. Data.gov includes searchable catalogs that provide access to "raw" datasets and various tools.

Diversity data

Topics include: Population demographics and diversity, housing opportunities, education, health, residential integration and neighborhood characteristics, economic opportunities, crime, and physical environment. Data can be downloaded in PDF or Excel format. 

Country rankings guide

A list of country rankings based on indicators that try to measure different characteristics of countries around the world. Most of these rankings are ongoing and recurring. Be careful when using these indexes because they often measure qualities that are difficult to quantify.

CANSIM via CHASS

The CANSIM archive hosted by CHASS at the University of Toronto provides access to Statistics Canada's various socioeconomic time-series data products, accessible through a multidimensional interface. Historical versions of the CANSIM database are also available through this link.
