Maps & Atlases
Our comprehensive atlas collection provides general and thematic maps for most countries and regions of the world. Thematic map sheets are also acquired for parts of the world with the main concentration on Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the United States and Europe. Typical subjects include geology, climate, soils, water, population, land use, economics, elections, transportation, urban affairs, history. The book collection includes gazetteers, bibliographies of maps, and material on cartography and the history of cartography.

- Large Format Map Scanner/Printer/Photocopier Instructions
- The University of Toronto Map and Data Library has a large format machine (36" X ~) for scanning, and photoduplicating paper maps. The machine is also a printer and can print images of the same size as the scans.
